Safe Arrival & Departure Program

Please contact the school at (905) 987-4797 if a student is going to be absent or late. We have a 24 hour service in which you can leave a message outside of school hours. All visitors are required to report to the office to sign in and receive a visitor badge. If you are removing your child(ren) during school hours you must sign them out at the office. Upon return your child(ren) must be signed back into the office.

Peanut Safe School

St. Francis of Assisi is a Peanut Safe School. We have several students who have life- threatening allergies to peanuts. The best way to reduce the risk of accidental exposure to peanut products is to respectfully ask for the co-operation of the parents/guardians to NOT send peanut butter or products with peanuts listed in the ingredients in the students’ lunches and snacks. Custody Alert / Allergies / Medical Conditions

Our Resource staff have updated information on custody, medical alerts or life-threatening conditions among our student population. If you believe we need new information on your child, please contact the school.
