- double space ALL lines (leave one blank line within items and between items)
- arranged alphabetically by the first word of the entry (author's Last Name OR if there is no author, first word of the title). An article ( the", "a", or "an") at the beginning of an entry is ignored.
- items are NOT numbered
- the first line of each entry starts AT the left margin, and ends at right margin. All other lines of an entry are INDENTED 1".
