To cite a book:
1) The author's last name, followed by a comma.
2) The author's first name, followed by a period.
3) The title of the book, underlined, followed by a period.
4) The city of publication, followed by a colon.
5) The name of the publisher, followed by a comma.
6) The year of publication, followed by a period.
